• Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 days) - £5.00
• DPD Express (1-2 days) - £6.00
• DHL Express (1-2 days) - £5.90
• DPD Saturday - £10.00

For orders above £50, we provide free Royal Mail 48 Tracked shipping. This option will be presented at checkout.

Same-Day Dispatch

We aim to get all orders placed before 3 pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). Please note that the delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch rather than when the order was placed.

Delivery Issues

Our orders are fulfilled using a variety of third-party couriers. Although rare, parcels can occasionally be delayed, damaged, or lost. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.
In the event of a disputed delivery, we will raise an investigation with the third-party courier. In these instances, we must take the result of the courier's investigation as final.
